Description	Found a dog walking down the street in Arcata near the corner of 14th and Union. He was a brown dog with an orange collar, no tags. He was friendly but shy and whimpered a bit before I was able to pet him, he walked down the street towards the church the last I saw him. I do not know if this dog is lost but he seemed frightened.
