| Description | Ragetti is a neutered male, aged 9 years. He is indoor/outdoor, will run away from people and cars unless approached slowly and nicely. He can be easily identified due to two deformities. A bent ear and half of one of his back legs is missing. If he is on the street, he will not use the half leg and you can tell he is hoping on one, very noticeable. He is a total sweet heart and will talk to you if he approaches you. He is not wearing any collar or tags. He is more likely to be seen at dark hours, daytime business scares him. He's probably hungry!
