Description	I was letting my dog run around at pump station 1, it is by West End Rd off of Giuntoli in Arcata. It is the back road to Blue Lake.He usually stays around other dogs and comes back when called.. We think someone might have picked him up. His name is Ninja, he's a 6 month old intact male black lab mix, very friendly. He's had some irritation from his harness so he was naked when playing. Please call Bree 707 502 7605
