| Description | This cat was struck and killed on West Ave. just south of 16th on Tuesday night, January 26 between 8 and 9 p.m. The residents of 1614 West Ave. immediately retrieved the body, but it appears to have died on impact. They are currently displaying the body in their front yard—it is partially blanketed—in hope that the owner or someone who knows the owner can identify it. I have a picture: I would rather not post it but will e-mail it on request. If the body is not claimed soon, I will work with the residents of 1614 West to give it a respectful burial. |
