| Description | Hello! A friend of mine lives out off of Palmer Blvd in fortuna and has had a very thin dog living on his property for the past few days. He has a collar but no tags. He has given him food and water but he cannot keep him due to the fact that he has dogs of his own. I am hoping we can locate his owner, or maybe someone can foster him? |
