| Description | I found a stray or neglected dog in poor condition today on Terrace street off of California St. Half oh his hair was gone and seemed that he is either heavily neglected or possibly abused because he was very timid but seemed sweet regardless. I wasn't able to get ahold of him. But he hangs out on that street often. Hoping to find the guy some help. |
