Description	Big black lab: Was in the road trotting north in the slow lane. Saw him just north of Safeway area. There is no colar hence no tags. Gray hairs on muzzle. Missing two middle toes on right hind foot. He is a very sweet boy. He was very thirsty and also was fed.
