Description	Philip is an indoor/outdoor cat. He has been missing for a little over a week now. I live in a well populated area and he is overly friendly. He will follow people home. He is very affectionate and vocal. He lost his collar but he does have a microchip. If you have seen Philip please tell him to go home.
