The dog is a NON-neutered male. He black and white with some brown flecking. His coat is short and thick like a Lab. Looks like a Border Collie X Lab mix. His coat is short and thick like a Lab. He is quite tall with long legs. He is a very young adult with perfect teeth. He is very sweet and knows how to sit, and looks to be well cared for. He was found on Lanphere Rd just east of the intersection with Seidel Rd at about 11:00 this morning. He has no collar and no microchip. I stopped at my vet’s office to check for the chip and called the shelter to see if anyone reported him missing. I am not able to keep him overnight so I will probably need to take him to the Humboldt County Animal Shelter this afternoon. (UPDATE, JAN. 10: I still have him until this afternoon.)
