Description	Czar is a very friendly 13 year old pit bull that would literally help a would be robber carry our stolen goods to their car and gladly go home with the them. He is an unaltered male pit bull, about 70 lbs. his coloring is white with large tan patches, one side of his face is tan the other is white, he looks a lot like “Petey” from the Little Rascals! He really can't hear at all, and both his front legs give him real trouble. He lives to lick!
