Older female poodle(?) Mix with dark brown spots found about 10 plus days ago on 6th Ave in westhaven near the north 101 on-ramp. Super sweet girl, came to rescuer and snuggled after happily getting in his car. Looked exhausted. Just met the rescuer who said he brought her to Humboldt County animal shelter. Not sure of the name of the shelter but the one near the airport. I have the gentleman's contact info for details. Pic posted below. He took her to the shelter w an infection in the right eye so she could receive medical attention. Collar with no tags. Was possibly going up for adoption this last Monday Jan 16th. |
