| Description | seen along highway 36 near mile marker 38.25 around 3:00pm on Saturday, February 11th. Dog is of medium size, all black, brown eyes, wearing a bailing twine makeshift collar. I am guessing he is a male. He appeared scared and would not come to me after a half hour or so of trying. He looked confused and was wandering along the highway in both directions and in the middle of the road. |
