| Description | Showed up at our front gate in Manila at 5 ish am. He is a border collie mix, wearing a wide collar that may have been red at one time. He has very worn tags but it seems his name is 'Bear Dog' the number provided is out of service/unavailable. He is super friendly and seems anxious about being left. |
