| Description | spotted a collar-less senior black chihuahua without any people at the intersection of 7th and P in eureka. he crossed 7th back and forth and seemed to be having nice stroll, i assume it’s his neighborhood. but he’s so small I’m worried he might get hit. unfortunately I was with my own reactive dog and couldn’t interact. |
