| Description | Two dogs running along Hwy. 299 eastbound at Mile Marker 10.5 (just east of the construction). Had my two dogs in the car so couldn't stop. One was maybe 60 pounds, all tan colored, and the other looked like a herding dog, mostly black with some white on the neck. I didn't see collars, they look like they may have been dumped or are lost. |
